The space
This beautiful apartment has a real sense of space and light with its soaring ceilings, modern finish and spectacular views towards the Castle. There is no better location to enjoy the city from, situated right in the heart of New Town and an easy walk into Old Town or Stockbridge.

The flat is equipped with secondary glazing throughout so is remarkably quiet and peaceful; a perfect haven in the centre of this historic city.

Unusually for Edinburgh, it is accessed via an elevator; you get to enjoy the spectator views without having to climb stairs!

In these post-corona virus times, we are incredibly mindful of your needs to be comfortable and safe. Your health and welfare are our top priorities.

Our property is professionally cleaned and disinfected. You can book with confidence. Our management company has established cleaning protocols that adhere to the government guidance on cleaning and disinfecting properly and they pay particular attention to high touch areas such as light switches, doorknobs and remote controls.

Additionally, we add a block to the calendar for the 24 hours before and after your reservation so as not to be hosting guests back-to-back.

Neighborhood overview
Our apartment is located in the heart of the New Town of Edinburgh. Castle Street, connects Princess St, with all its 'high street' shopping and George St, with its designer boutiques. In between and all around, the best of Edinburgh's cafe culture, dining for all budgets, drinking and socialising. Stay here, and you're in the thick of the city; and yet, the apartment is a haven of peace and quiet!
Getting around
From Edinburgh Airport, take the tram that takes less than 40 minutes to reach city centre and stop at 'Princes Street'. Then, this is a 3 minutes walk to our flat.

Another option is bus number 100 that takes 35 minutes to reach city centre. Stop at 'Princes Street West' and there is also a 3 minutes walk to the flat.

From Waverley Station, our flat is at a 10 minutes walk, following Princes Street all along.

We are located in the very city centre, therefore coming with a car is not ideal as it may be crowded. There are some parking on George Street allowing you to let your car during the day for a maximum of 3 hours and for free during the night. Another option is to park your car at NCP Edinburgh Scotpark situated 10 minutes walk from the flat. Please note that Castle street access is restricted to cars and therefore you will not be able to park your car in front or around the building.
