The space
This lower ground floor apartment is a haven of peace in the city; quiet and serene, yet just minutes away from everything the city has to offer.

Our bright and sunny apartment has been completely refurbished to a high standard.

Note, the second bedroom is located at the rear of the property and has no windows. It has a comfortable double bed and can be ventilated with an extractor fan.

Guest interaction
I don't live in town, so you won't see me. The property is looked after by a local management company who you can get hold off in the event of any difficulties.
Neighborhood overview
The New Town area of Edinburgh is a UNESCO World Heritage site, with cobbled streets and grand, imposing Georgian properties.
Getting around
One of my favourite things about the area is the amazing locally owned restaurants. The food scene in Edinburgh is top class and is worth exploring.

We are also close to Stockbridge, with its Farmers Market every Sunday being well worth checking out.

Edinburgh is an incredibly easy city to walk and explore. We are a short walk to the thriving areas of George St and Pieces St, with the abundance of shopping and nightlife options to be found there. Cross Princess St to explore the beautiful Gardens and of course, you cannot ignore the castle that dominates the skyline.

Across the from the Gardens lies Old Town, with its narrow cobbled streets and the Royal Mile with the Castle on one end and the Palace on the other.
