The space
Our apartment is a generously proportioned, ground floor 3 bed apartment with plenty of space for family and friends to get away.
Guest access
You are renting the whole apartment for your exclusive use. If you need any assistance during your stay, our locally based management company will be on hand to help.
Neighborhood overview
Our flat is located in Marchmont, a lovely neighbourhood just slightly south of the city centre. There are lot of local stores, cafes, restaurants and bars in the area with a friendly, neighbourly vibe.

The apartment is only a couple fo minutes walk away from the Meadows, a 68 acre green space that is very popular with locals during the summer months. Its a great place to hang out, BBQ or get some exercise.

From there, the Old Town is no more than another 10 minutes walk away and you'll straight into the historic, UNESCO World Heritage Centre that is Old Edinburgh.
Getting around
Whether arriving by air or train, you're best to walk from Waverley Station, or catch a bus (Bus 41 from the Mound Stop MD to Roseneath St). It takes approx 15 minutes and is a total of 9 stops.

If you have driven and need to park, parking is free of charge on the street from 17:30 Friday evening to 08:30 Monday. Park in any bay or single yellow line. But please double check any signage in case local/temporary restrictions.

The nearest off-street parking can be found at Q-Park at Quartermile, 33 Simpson's Loan. Parking for 24 hours is £20.
